The wedding of Amanda & Paul at St Gluvias Church Penryn on Saturday 8 July The flowers were all designed and assembled by Amanda’s mother Diane who has been part of Jackie Phillips Flowers for some 12 years. Amanda’s Freestyle Designer Bouquet was a fantasy of gold and silver bullion wire with long trails of China Grass together with Cerapegia Woodii with trailing wired chrystal beads to match thos on the Brides Dress and Train.The foliage used was Asparagus Setaceus, Dracaena Fragrans (White Jewel) and Panicum Fountain. The flowers used were Orchid Vanda Pink Magic ( a fairly new introduction) together with Rose Illusion.
The Groom, the Best Man and the bride and Grooms Fathers all wore the Cornish Hunting Tartan
The church main ailse was decorated with pink rose bushes which, after the service were transported to the Penmovah Manor Hotel and used there for decoration. After the wedding they were given to Amanda,s closest friends and family for their gardens as a momento of the day.The altar was decorated with 4 colour matching Pedestal Arrangements. The 1930’s style Beauford classic car from Central Motorsof Falmouth was decorated on the bonnet and boot by Jackie
The Bridesmaids Designer Bouquet’s were constructed of silver wire forming a design onto which were threaded Chrystal beads. Groupings of Steel Grass and China Grass were then inserted into a wire construction specially made to hold the foliage and flowers. The foliage consisted of Drcaena Fragrans, Asparagus with Panicum Fountain. The flowers, Variegated Phalaenopsis Orchids in shades of Aqua Pink and Lime Green, were used together with cascading spikes of Chrystal beads and finally grouped together with organza ribbon which matched the dresses

Congratulations to Gemma and James who were married on Saturday 14 January 2006 at the Penmere Manor Hotel, Falmouth. Given away by her father, Peter, Gemma wore a Champagne gown of silk overlaid with organza with a train and a boned strapless bodice. She was attended by Shannon 9, Bethany 7 and Jasmine 3. Gemma carried a traditional shower bouquet of mango Calla Lilies and Hypericum
